Healthy Teeth and Gums

At its core, Dental Professionals is your dental home—a place to address all of your oral healthcare needs. We provide full service, personally-tailored service at both of our convenient locations. General Dentistry Our doctors are trained in all aspects of general dental care, performing: • tooth colored fillings and sealants • non-surgical periodontal therapy • inlays, onlays, crowns, and bridges • tooth whitening • esthetic veneers and bonding • full and partial dentures • management of clenching and grinding • root canals • extractions • emergency care

Advanced and Specialist Dentistry Our doctors and specialists have training in more advanced services and procedures: • dental implant placement and restoration • treatment of sleep apnea and snoring • same day crowns with CEREC and PlanScan • advanced prosthodontic treatment, including full-mouth rehabilitation • oral surgical services

Patient Education We believe successful treatment goes hand-in-hand with patients who understand our shared treatment goals. Before we touch a single tooth, we ensure that your personalized plan makes sense to you and addresses all of your long term aims and goals. Modern dentistry is about working together to achieve maximal health.

Team Approach to Care We take great pride in our team approach to care and planning. After your comprehensive exam, our team of doctors will discuss your case, consult any necessary specialists, and then sit down with you to discuss your options. There is no one-size-fits-all at Dental Professionals—we recognize that each of our patients has unique concerns, goals, and timelines. We aim to pair these with a plan that makes sense.

Prevention for a Lifetime of Oral Health As with modern medicine, the goal of contemporary dentistry is prevention—avoiding problems before they start. At Dental Professionals, we embrace this and go to great lengths to ensure we have the most modern techniques for diagnosis and prevention. Our team of hygienists will work with you to develop a personalized homecare regimen, addressing the unique needs of your teeth and gums.

The Oral-Systemic Health Connection At Dental Professionals, we understand that the mouth is intimately tied to your body’s overall health. For example, gum disease has been found to be associated with a host of systemic conditions, including diabetes, cardiovascular disease, and Alzheimer’s. Improving and maintaining your oral health can improve the health of your whole system.

Oral Cancer Screening Oral cancer can affect both the young and old. At Dental Professionals, we never take health for granted. At your first visit, and every visit after, a thorough exam of your mouth and throat are completed to look for anything suspicious.

Emergency Care At Dental Professionals, we believe nobody should be walking around with a painful or broken tooth. We do our best to see and treat emergencies the same day—whether you have been a lifetime patient or it’s your first time seeing us.
Dental Pain A hurting tooth can be debilitating—preventing sleep, proper nutrition, and your ability to work effectively. Our doctors will work with you to diagnose the source of your pain, educate you about your options, and help you get comfortable and healthy.

Broken Tooth A big presentation for work. An interview lunch. A family wedding. For many patients, a cracked or broken tooth can be the biggest emergency, even if it’s not yet painful. At Dental Professionals, we understand that you need to be able to smile, to speak in public, to eat in social settings, and we will work with you to quickly find both short and long term solutions to keep you moving, wherever work and life need you.

Your visit

Before your first visit, we’ll send you a convenient online form to complete with details about your health, past dental experience and current issues. Most important, we’ll ask what you’re seeking at Dental Professionals…rehabilitating a severely damaged tooth…brightening up your smile…or simply maintaining good dental health. At your first dental exam, we’ll perform a thorough check of your teeth and existing fillings, conduct a periodontal exam and oral cancer screening, evaluate the health of your bite, and get an inside look with non-invasive, digital x-rays. If you want to improve your smile, share your thoughts with the doctor during this first exam, and if necessary, additional photos of your teeth or models of your mouth will be taken.
